dc.description.abstract	Anotace Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem agresivity a šikany u školní mládeže. V jednotlivých kapitolách jsou uvedeny znaky šikany, charakterizováni agresoři i oběti, část mapuje právní prostředí v České republice ve vztahu k šikaně. Práce ukazuje možnosti odhalení a pomoci šikanovaným. Jsou představeny preventivní programy i schéma prevence šikany. Empirická část mapuje připravenost pedagogů na práci s dětmi v oblasti šikany.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	Annotation This thesis deals with agression and bullying of school children. The individual chapters are signs of bullying shown, characterized by predators and victims, a part maps the legal environment in the Czech Republic in relation to bullying.The work shows the possibility of detection and help.
