Cílem mé bakalářské práce je zjištění a pochopení toho, jak zdravotníci vnímají bezdo-movce jako své pacienty, tj. jaké jsou postoje zdravotnických pracovníků k hospitalizovaným bezdomovcům a jak naopak vnímají bezdomovci zdravotnické pra-covníky při kontaktu s nimi. Předložená práce je z části kompilací poznatků z odborné lite-ratury, z části prezentací výsledků mých vlastních empirických šetření. V teoretické části se věnuji problematice bezdomovectví z hlediska vymezení základních pojmů: bezdomovec, bezdomovectví, sociální vyloučení, formy, příčiny a faktory bezdo-movectví, zdraví bezdomovců. Empirická část práce se vztahuje k provedenému kvalitativnímu výzkumnému šetření, kte-ré se opírá o techniku polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Získaná data jsou následně analyzo-vána metodou zakotvené teorie a interpretována. Empirická část je zaměřena také na kon-krétní kasuistiky, které jsem získala rozhovory s vybraným vzorkem hospitalizovaných bezdomovců. Dále je bakalářská práce zaměřena především na vnímání bezdomovců z pohledu zdravotníků. |

The aim of Bachelor thesis is to identify and understand how health professionals perceive homeless as their patients, i.e. what are the attitudes of health workers to the hospitalized homeless people and how homeless people perceive healthcare workers in contact with them. The present work is a compilation of findings from the expert literature, in part pre-sentations with the results of my own empirical investigation. The theoretical part deals with the issue of homelessness on the part of the definition of basic terms: homeless, homelessness, social exclusion, forms, causes and factors of home-lessness, homeless health . The empirical part of thesis relates to the development of qualitative research, which is based on a technice of structured interview. The obtained data are analyzed by the method of grounded theory and interpreted. The empirical part is also focused on the specific case reports that I have obtained by interviews with a selected sample of hospitalized homeless. Furthermore, the thesis is particularly focused on the perception of the homeless people from the perspective of health professionals. |
