Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na porovnání geneticky modifikované řepky olejky od klasické řepky. Práce se věnuje charakteristice řepky olejky, složení, druhům a formám pěstování, využitím v oblasti potravinářské a nepotravinářské. Je zmíněna historie genetické modifikace z klasického a všeobecného pohledu řepky olejky. Je uvedeno využití geneticky modifikované řepky, pěstování, legislativa, rizika a dovozu odrůd do zemí evropské unie. |
