Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou systémů techniky prostředí restauračního zařízení s kuchyní a jídelnou. Následně je proveden návrh klimatizace a větrání, vytápění teplovodním otopným systémem, bezpečnostního a protipožárního zabezpečení a konečně systému řízení všech těchto technologií. Přehledné vyhodnocení je realizováno pomocí technologie SCADA. Všechny řídicí a monitorovací komponenty jsou integrovány do sběrnice KNX, která umožňuje pokročilou práci s těmito prvky. Neméně důležitý je i výstup řízení a vizualizace směrem k uživateli za využití vzdáleného přihlášení pomocí GSM sítě nebo protokolu TCP/IP. |

This thesis deals with the analysis of environmental engineering systems, a restaurant with kitchen and dining room. Subsequently, the design of a ventilation and air conditioning, heating, hot water heating system, security and fire safety management system, and finally all of these technologies. Clear evaluation is performed using SCADA technology. All control and monitoring components are integrated into the KNX bus, which allows advanced work with these elements. Equally important is the output control and visualization to the user using a remote login using the GSM network or TCP / IP. |
