Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je vytvoření návrhu na implementaci konceptu Balanced Scorecard do řízení společnosti XY, s.r.o. Základním předpokladem pro zpracování projektu je teoretické pojednání o problematice výkonnosti podniku s důrazem na využití metody strategického řízení Balanced Scorecard. Další část práce je věnována analytickým činnostem, které byly provedeny na základě metod popsaných v teoretické části. Klíčovým bodem práce je projektová část, která je zaměřena na samotnou implementaci konceptu Balanced Scorecard. Na základě analytických zjištění byly vyjádřeny problémové faktory, které výraznou měrou ovlivňují podnikovou výkonnost. Podle zjištěných hlavních činitelů byl navrhnut proces implementace BSC. Závěrem práce je zhodnocení přínosů a možných rizik spojených s implementací moderního konceptu řízení výkonnosti. |

The main goal of this dissertation is to create a proposal for the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard concept in the management of XY Ltd. Basic prerequisite for the project development is a theoretical treatise on the issue of business performance with emphasis on methods of strategic management Balanced Scorecard. Further section is devoted to analytical activities that have been carried out using the methods described in the theoretical part. The key part of this work is the project section, which focuses on the actual implementation of the Balanced Scorecard concept. Based on the analytical findings, the problematic factors were expressed that importantly influence business performance. According to the major identified factors, BSC implementation process was designed. Finally, work is to evaluate the benefits and potential risks associated with the implementation of the modern concept of performance management. |
