dc.description.abstract	Tato práce se zaměřuje na knihu jakožto svébytný objekt v kontextu 21. století, v rámci návrhu vizuálního stylu knižního nakladatelství -- fiktivního, avšak koncipovaného s maximálním důrazem na jednoduchost případné realizace. Teoretická část-vyjma krátkého úvodu do historie-analyzuje problematiku moderního nakladatelství a hledá existující (potenciálně) konkurenční řešení na trhu. Středobodem praktické části jsou knihy samotné; rozprostřeny do edičních (žánrových) řad, pojímající všechny prvky vizuálního stylu, kde klíčovou roli hraje typografie a práce s-dnes už nevšedními-materiály: knihařským plátnem a dýhou. Projekt je tvořen ve spolupráci s Terezou Čižmárovou, která na mou tvorbu navazuje návrhem prodejního mobiliáře pro toto nakladatelství -- knihy by byly za účelem prodeje vystaveny na tomto stojanu a společně tak tvořily svéráznou, ucelenou značku na poli současných nakladatelství/knihkupectví.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis studies the book as a relevant object in the context of 21th century -- through the process of designing a visual identity of a fine book publisher. Although fictional, the project is conceived to be as realistic as possible (in case of an actual production). The theoretical part is-apart from a brief introduction to the history of bookmaking-analysing the specifics of a modern book publishing, looking for (possibly) competing solutions on today's market. The centrepiece of the practical part is the process of designing the books themselves, including genre editions. Books being the perfect extension of the visual identity, they mainly employ typography and materials-book cloth and veneer-that have become rather rare in the recent years. The project is made in collaboration with Tereza Čižmárová whose bachelor thesis is linked to mine -- her part was to design retail furniture for this fictional book publisher that would complement the books and thus together create a unique, coherent brand on today's book market.	en
