dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je rešeršní a zabývá se hodnocením kvality vína. V úvodní části se zabývá chemickým složení hroznů a vína, následně hodnocením vína po smyslové i analytické stránce. Velká část práce je věnována faktorům, které ovlivňují výslednou kvalitu vín jako je sběr hroznů nebo nedostatky a vady vín. Důležitou část tvoří i výroba vína u malovinařů a nejvíce pěstované odrůdy vín v Čechách a na Moravě.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis is concerned with the search and evaluation of quality wines. The first part deals with the chemical composition of grapes and wine, then the wine sensory evaluation and analytical. Big part is devoted to factors that affect the final quality wines such as picking grapes or wine flaws and defects. The important part is the production of wine at smaller winemakers or most cultivated varieties of wines in Bohemia and Moravia.
