dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá alergií a intolerancí. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části je rozebrán rozdíl mezi alergií a intolerancí, příčiny a léčba. Převážná část práce je věnována alergii a intoleranci na kravské mléko a možnosti náhrady ve výživě. Praktická část je zaměřena na dostupnost výrobků formou průzkumu trhu. Do průzkumu trhu byly zahrnuty různé prodejny potravin v Uherském Hradišti a blízkém okolí. Výsledkem je vyhodnocení dostupnosti výrobků v této oblasti.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with allergies and intolerances. It is dividend into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part analyzes the diference between allergies and intolerance, causes and treatment. Most of the thesis is devoted to Alleny and intolerance to cow's milk and the posibility of compensation in nutrition. The practical part is focused on the availability of products through market research. To market research were included in variol grocery stores in Uherske Hradiste and it ssurroundings. There sult of evaluation is the availability of products in this area.
