dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce Sociální aspekty seniorské populace je zaměřena na charakteristiky současné seniorské populace s důrazem na vybrané sociální souvislosti. V teoretické části jsou vymezena východiska, která se týkají demografického vývoje společnosti, systému péče o seniory a determinant životního stylu seniorů. Tyto teoretické poznatky jsou východiskem pro empirickou část práce. Empirická část práce má charakter statistické procedury, jedná se o kvantitativní výzkum realizovaný za pomoci techniky dotazníku. Hlavním cílem je analýza seniorské populace z pohledu sociálních věd a dílčím cílem prokázání postavení seniorské populace v současné populaci na dílčím vzorku náhodně vybraných respondentů.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis called "Social aspects of senior population" focuses on characteristics of current senior population with an emphasis on selected social context. The theoretical part defines some starting points, which are related to the demographical evolution of society, care system for seniors and determinants of seniors lifestyle. The empirical part builds on these findings. The empirical part has a character of statistical procedure, it is a quantitative research implemented as a questionnaire. The main goal is an analysis of senior population from the perspective of social sciences and the secondary goal is a demonstration of the status of current senior population on subsample of randomly selected respondents.
