Diplomová práce je zaměřena na téma klima školy. V teoretické části práce je nejprve vymezen termín klima školy a dále pojmy, které se ke klimatu školy vztahují a to sociální klima a sociální atmosféra. Další kapitola pojednává o klimatu výuky a třídy z pohledu učitelů i žáků. Ve třetí kapitole je popsán vliv regionu na klima školy a čtvrtá kapitola je zaměřena na vztahy a postoje, které mohou klima školy ovlivnit. Závěrečná kapitola se týká možnosti prevence a zkvalitnění klimatu školy. Praktická část diplomové práce je zaměřena na vnímání a hodnocení klimatu školy rodiči. Názor rodičů byl zjišťován dotazníkovou metodou. Cílem této práce bylo zjistit, jak rodiče vnímají, prožívají, hodnotí klima školy a následně informovat vedení školy o výsledku dotazníkového šetření, poskytnout vedení školy zpětnou vazbu, aby výsledky dotazníkového šetření pomohly zkvalitnit klima školy. |

This thesis deals with the school climate. The theoretical part is divided into five parts. The first one contains the terms as school climate, social climate, social atmosphere and many others which are close to this topics. The second one is about educational climate and the class where the author tries to look at the view of the teachers and students. The effect of the region to school climate is found in the third chapter. The author shows the relationships and the attitudes which could affect the school climate, in the fourth part. The prevention and improving the school climate is written in the last part of theoretical one. The practical part is focused about the perceptions and reviews of the school climate by parents. The questionnaires for parents were used as the method for the research. The aim of this thesis was found the opinions of parents about school climate their perceptions and experiences. The other side is to inform the management of the school about the results of the research, give them the feedback for improving the school climate in their school. |
