dc.description.abstract	Ve své bakalářské práci jsem se snažil analyzovat dopady vstupu České republiky do EU na celní správu.Je zde popsána tato organizace,její struktura,kompetence.V analytické části jsem se zaměřil na porovnání výše výběru cel a daní před vstupem a po vstupu,množství pracovníků,množství případů,efektivnost,porovnání kompetencí.Hlavním cílem je zachytit současnou situaci této organizace a jejich pracovníků.

dc.description.abstract-translated	For my B.A thesis I analysed the impact within the customs department when the Czech Republic joined the EC.Here-In I describe this organisation,it´s structure,competence.In the analytical section I focused on comparing the total amount collected in Customs and Exiles (before and after joining the EC),the number of staff,number of cases,effectiveness and the comparison of competence.The main aim was to capture the present situation of the organisation and it´s staff.
