Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá teambuildingovými aktivitami pro žáky středních škol. Teambuilding a jeho využití na středních školách vychází z principů zážitkové pedagogiky. Teoretická část práce ve svém úvodu pojednává o zážitkové pedagogice včetně historických souvislostí. Dále se zaměřuje na teambuilding, nejprve v obecném vymezení, poté se detailněji věnuje třídnímu teambuildingu určenému středním školám. Praktická část práce popisuje výzkum realizovaný pomocí dotazníkového šetření, jehož cílem je analyzovat preference žáků středních škol v oblasti teambuildingu a jeho aktivit. Získaná data jsou analyzována a interpretována na popisné i vztahové rovině. Práce uvádí limity získaných zjištění, jejich přínosy pro pedagogickou praxi i možné kroky dalšího výzkumu v této oblasti. |

This Bachelor thesis deals with teambuilding activities for secondary school students. Teambuilding and its use in secondary schools is based on the principles of experiential learning. The theoretical part of thesis is introduced by experiential learning, including its historical context. Consequently, the thesis focuses on teambuilding, first in general terms, and then class teambuilding designated for secondary schools is elaborated in detail. The practical part of thesis describes research conducted by questionnaire survey, which aims to analyse the preferences of secondary school students regarding teambuilding and its activities. The data is analysed and interpreted in descriptive and relational level. The thesis is concluded by presenting the limits of findings, their contributions for teaching practice and possible steps of next research in this area. |
