Bakalářská práce se zabývá významem funkčních potravin a jejich příznivém působení na zdraví člověka. Je zde zhodnocen fytochemický profil rostliny Caigua (Cyclanthera pedata L. Schrad), které je přisuzován kladný účinek na snižování vysoké hladiny cholesterolu v krvi, hypertenze či na regulaci glukosy v krvi. Dále se práce zabývá využitím rostliny pro výrobu funkčních potravin. |
