dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou implementace procesně organizačních změn v energetické společnosti. Hlavním cílem práce je zpracovat projekt zaměřený na optimalizaci investičního procesu a organizační struktury. V první části práce je zpracována literární rešerše, která shromažďuje teoretické poznatky ke zvolenému tématu, zejména definuje procesní a projektové řízení, management změn a přístupy lean managementu. Tyto poznatky jsou využity ve zpracovaném projektu, který se skládá z analytické a návrhové části. V analytické části je zpracovaná analýza obecného okolí, oborového okolí a interních faktorů společnosti. Z těchto poznatků je vytvořena SWOT analýza. Následně je analyzován proces investice a zpracován závěr analytické části. V projektové části jsou navržena opatření, která vedou ke zkvalitnění procesu, zjednodušení organizační struktury a tím i k jednoduššímu řízení investic. V závěru projektové části jsou uvedeny přínosy, rizika a realizovatelnost projektu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The subject of this study is the implementation of process organizational changes in an energy company. The main aim of this thesis is to develop a project focused on the optimization of the investment process and the organizational structure. In the first part of the thesis, a literature search is undertaken. The search brings together theoretical knowledge on the chosen topic, in particular it defines process and project management, change management and approaches to lean management. This knowledge is then used in the developed project, which consists of the analytical part and a part dealing with the proposed plan. In the analytical part, the analysis of the general environment, the microenvironment and company's internal factors is conducted. Based on these findings a SWOT analysis is produced. Subsequently the investment process is analyzed and the conclusion of the analytical part is done. In the project part, the precautions to improve the quality of the process and the simplification of the organizational structure that would lead to easier investment management are proposed. At the end of the project part the benefits, risks and the feasibility of the project are listed.
