dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá pojetím učení dítěte u učitelek mateřských škol a rodičů. Teoretická část definuje pojem učení, popisuje determinanty, které tento proces ovlivňují, v poslední řadě uvádí učitelovo a žákovo pojetí výuky a popisuje dva nejdůležitější typy prostředí, ve kterém učení dítěte probíhá. Praktická část diplomové práce poskytuje rozhovory s učitelkami mateřských škol a rodiči dětí předškolního věku. V závěru praktické části jsou uvedeny odpovědi obou skupin participantů na výzkumné otázky.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Diploma thesis concerns with conception of teaching a child at kindergarten by teachers and parents. Theoretical part defines concept of teaching, specifies determinants, which influence this process and at last but not least brings the teacher and the pupil's conception of curriculum and describes two most important types of environment, in which teaching of a child takes place. Practical part of diploma thesis provides interviews with teachers in kindergarten and parents of children in preschool age. In the end of the practical part, the answers of both groups of participants on research questions are inducted.
