dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zlepšení úrovně služeb suprastruktury Karlovského gastrofestivalu. Teoretická část práce obsahuje úvod do problematiky cestovního ruchu, pořádání veřejných akcí spojených s gastronomií a infrastruktury v turismu. Tato problematika je následně doplněna o charakteristiky dopadů veřejných událostí na místní ekonomiku. Praktická část obsahuje představení Karlovského gastrofestivalu, jeho stručnou historii a podrobnou analýzu 8. ročníku akce. Tato analýza obsahuje také vyhodnocení dat z dotazníkového šetření poskytnutého organizátory gastrofestivalu. Z analyzovaných dat vyplynuly možné zlepšení v oblasti suprastruktury a zázemí události. Závěry analytické části tedy tvoří východiska pro vytvoření projektu. Ten stanovuje možné postupy k dosažení hlavního cíle, kterým je zvýšení spokojenosti návštěvníků akce vzhledem k navrženým opatřením. Těmito opatřeními je například vznik nových parkovacích ploch, vytvoření nového prodejního místa a posílení festivalové dopravy. V rámci práce je také vytvořen časový harmonogram realizace projektu, jež je vizualizován pomocí Ganttova diagramu, a celý projekt je podroben rizikové analýze. Výsledkem této práce jsou podklady pro realizaci navrhnutých opatření.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis is focused on improvement of the level of suprastructure of Karlovský gastro-festival. Theoretical part contains introduction to the matters of tourism, holding the public events related to gastronomy and infrastructure of tourims. This problematic is supplemented by characteristics of impacts of these events on local economics. Practical part contains introduction of Karlovský gastrofestival, its brief history and detailed analysis of 8th year of the event. The analysis includes also evaluation of data from survey provided by organizers of gastrofestival. From analysed data emerged possible solutions in the area of suprastructure and the background of the event. Conclusions of analytical part are bases for the project. The project determines possible measures to reach the main goal that is increase of the satisfaction of the visitors due to the suggested actions. The suggested measures are for example creation of new parking areas, creation of new selling place and strengthening the festival transport. Within the project there is also created a timetable of the project realization, that is visualized by Gantt diagram, and the whole project undergone a risk analysis. The results of this thesis are the foundations for realization of suggested measures.
