dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zefektivnění procesu interní logistiky na hale 4. Hlavním cílem této práce bylo snížit velikost zásoby pro vybrané linky o 10 m?. Dílčí cíle jsou implementace tahového systému Kanban, standardizace a vizualizace vybraných pracovišť a implementace zásobovacího systému Milkrun. Pro splnění cíle byly použity metody průmyslového inženýrství a využití programu MS Visio pro tvorbu layoutu. Teoretická východiska této práce jsou z oblasti štíhlého podniku, interní logistiky a tahových systémů. Podstatou analýz v praktické části bylo navrhnout opatření, které by vedli k naplnění hlavního cíle práce. Přínosem této práce je zefektivnění materiálových toků, zvýšení produktivity a zjednodušení přepravy materiálu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis is focused on improvement of effectiveness of the process of internal logistics in hall 4. The main goal of this work was to reduce the size of the inventory for selected lines by 10 m?. The partial goals are the implementation of the Kanban pull system, the standardization and visualization of selected workplaces and the implementation of the Milkrun supply system. To meet the goal, the methods of industrial engineering and the use of the MS Visio program for layout creation were used. The theoretical basis of this work is in the field of lean enterprise, internal logistics and pull systems. The essence of the analysis in the practical part was to propose measures that would lead to the fulfillment of the main goal of the work. The benefit of this work is improvement of effectiveness of material flows, increasing productivity and simplifying the transport of material.
