dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce pojednává o evakuaci pacientů z vybraného oddělení Psychiatrické léčebny Šternberk. Práce je rozdělena do dvou častí, a to na teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je zaměřena na ochranu obyvatelstva, včetně jejich základních úkolů, kde se podrobněji zabývá problematikou evakuace. Praktická část obsahuje základní informace jak o městu Šternberk, tak i o jednotlivých odděleních psychiatrické léčebny. Dále vymezuje schéma možné realizace evakuace vybraného oddělení, návrhy a doporučení.
