dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem ochrany vybraného prvku technické infrastruktury v obci s rozšířenou působností. Práce se dělí na dvě části, a to na teoretickou a praktickou. Praktická část práce se ještě dále dělí na část analyticko-empirickou a aplikační. Teoretická část práce se zaobírá základní terminologií, právním rámcem v souvislosti s technickou infrastrukturou z úrovně Evropské unie a České republiky. Následují kapitoly věnované mimořádným událostem, řízení rizik, infrastruktuře, technické infrastruktuře a krizovému plánování. Analyticko-empirická část obsahuje charakteristiku vybraného území obce s rozšířenou působností, krizový plán obce s rozšířenou působností, popis vybraného prvku technické infrastruktury, polostrukturovaný rozhovor a jeho analýzu. Aplikační část práce se zabývá implementací navrhovaných opatření k zajištění ochrany vybraného prvku technické infrastruktury.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis is focused on the protection of chosen element of the technical infrastructure in the municipality with extended powers. The thesis is structured into two sections, a theoretical part and a practical part. The practical part is divided into analytical-empirical and application part. The theoretical part deals with the basic terminology, the legal framework of technical infrastructure from the point of view of the European Union and the Czech Republic. The following chapters focus on the emergencies, risk management, infrastructure, technical infrastructure and crisis planning. The analytical-empirical part contains the characteristic of the selected area in the municipality with extended powers,the description of chosen element of the technical infrastructure, semi-structured interview and its analysis. The application part deals with implementation proposed measures to ensure the chosen element of the technical infrastructure.
