dc.description.abstract	Cílem této práce je analýza úrovně a kvality komunikace Obecního úřadu Jesenice s občany a následné navržení případných změn v komunikačních aktivitách a komunikač-ním mixu pro další období. Teoretická část shrnuje teoretické podklady a potřeby pro komunikaci a legislativní stránku komunikace mezi obecním úřadem a občanem. Dále shrnuje strategickou stránku komunikace a komunikační mix ve státní správě a jejími formy a cíle. Praktická část se zabývá historií a vznikem obce, vznikajícími cílovými skupinami, používanými nástroji pro komunikaci a zkoumá spokojenost občanů s jejich využíváním a kvalitou.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	Objective of this work is to analyze the level and the quality of communication be-tween Municipal office in Jesenice and their residents to make a sequential proposal of eventual changes over the project and the communication mix for the further period. The theoretic part of this work sums up data and communication needs concentrated on the legislative part of communication between the municipal office and the resident. Furthermore it summarises the strategic part of communication and the communication mix at public administration and it's forms and goals. The practical section of this work is concerned with the history and origin of munici-pality, conspicuous target groups, used communication tools searching the satisfaction of residents with their quality and use.	en
