dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu zaměstnanců v podniku TNS SERVIS, s.r.o. a na klasifikaci jejich nároků. Po prostudování potřebné literatury jsem se v teoretické části zaměřila na způsoby získávání zaměstnanců, jejich výběr a motivaci. Praktická část začíná krátkou charakteristikou firmy TNS SERVIS, s.r.o. V této části bakalářské práci bylo třeba vypracovat dva hlavní cíle celé práce. Prvním z nich je analýza zaměstnanců, jejich počet a věková struktura. Druhý cíl se týká sledování zájmů zaměstnanců, jenž je realizován pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Získané údaje jsem vyhodnotila a navrhla firmě doporučení směřující ke zlepšení zaměstnanecké politiky podniku.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor work is intent on analysis employees in TNS SERVIS, s.r.o. company and on classification of their requirements. After studying needed liiterature I intent to possibilities of employees recruitment, their choose and motivation in theoretically part. The practical part begins short characteristics of TNS SERVIS, s.r.o. company. In this part of bachelor work was needed to create two main objectives of the hole work. The first of them is analysis of employees, the number of them and their age structure. The second objective is concerned to monitoring employees point of interest, which is realized due to questionnaire survey. I interpreted retrieved data and I suggested recommendation pointing to better employees politics in the company.	en
