Předmětem práce jsou nealkoholické nápoje. První část je teoretická a je zaměřena na rozdělení a sortiment nealkoholických nápojů a dále na suroviny a technologii výroby nealkoholických nápojů. Závěrečná část se zaměřuje na zdravotní hlediska příjmu tekutin a možné problémy spojené s konzumací nealkoholických nápojů. Druhá část je praktická a vyhodnocuje dotazník spotřeby nealkoholických nápojů studentů SŠHS Kroměříž. |

The subject of the thesis are non-alcoholic beverages. The first part of the thesis is theoretical and focuses on classification and assortment of non-alcoholic beverages, and on ingredients and technology for the production of non-alcoholic beverages. The final part focuses on health aspects of fluid intake and possible risks linked to the consumption of non-alcoholic beverages. The second part of the thesis is practical and it evaluates the questionnaire about the consumption of non-alcoholic beverages of students of the Hotel and Catering School in Kroměříž. |
