Lecitin patří do skupiny látek rozpustných v tucích, které se nazývají fosfolipidy. Lecitin představuje významnou složku buněčných membrán, podporuje mozkové funkce, je významný pro přenos nervových impulsů a hraje významnou roli při trávení tuků. Díky těmto vlstnostem je lecitin často využíván ve farmaceutickém a potravinářském průmyslu. Tato práce bude zaměřena na popis a charakterizaci vlastností lecitinu a jako dobrá recenze použití lecitinu v dietních doplňcích a farmaceutických formulacích. |

Lecitine belongs to a category of fat-soluble substances called phospholipids. Lecitin is a major constituent of cell membranes, improves brain function, is responsible for nerve impulses transmitting and plays important role in a digestion of fats. All these atributes predetermine lecitin to be widelly used in the pharmaceutical and food industries. The literature study will be focused on the descripion and characterisation of lecitine properties as well as on the review of the lecitine use in the dietary supplements and pharmaceutical formulations. |
