dc.description.abstract	Tato práce se zabývá otázkou, zda jsou právní znalosti odborným předpokladem pro výkon profese sociální pedagoga. Za tímto účelem bylo zkoumáno jaký vztah má sociální pedagogika k právním vědám. Dále se práce zabývá vymezením resortů ve kterých nachází sociální pedagog uplatnění a právními normami spadajícími do těchto resortů.	cs
