dc.description.abstract	Předložené teze disertační práce řeší problematiku integrace základních pilířů neustálého zlepšování v nevýrobních společnostech ve střední a východní Evropě. Hlavním cílem práce je charakterizovat základní pilíře neustálého zlepšování a popsat jejich úspěšnou integraci ve specifickém prostředí nevýrobních společností. V úvodu tezí autor přibližuje důvody volby uvedeného tématu. Ve druhé kapitole se autor zabývá základními metodologiemi používaných při zlepšování. Tuto část tezí uzavírá část věnující se přínosům, které vyplývají z integrace neustálého zlepšování ve firmách. Ve třetí kapitole autor definuje cíle a hypotézy disertační práce. Ty jsou doplněny o tvůrčí činitele a časový harmonogram splnění jednotlivých dílčích cílů a hypotéz. Ve čtvrté kapitole uvádí autor metody, které budou využity při zpracovávání disertační práce. Teoretické a praktické přínosy disertační páce jsou shrnuty v páté kapitole. V šesté kapitole jsou identifikovány očekávané problémy, bariéry a rizika práce. V závěru autor shrnuje hlavní cíl disertační práce.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The presented thesis deals with the issue of integration of the continuous improvement in non-production organisations in central and eastern Europe. The main goal of the paper is to present the basic features of the continuous improvement philosophy and to describe their successful integration within specific environment of non-production commercial organisations.In the thesis introduction the author describes the reasons for the topic selection. In the second chapter the author deals with the basic features of continuous improvement methodologies. This chapter is concluded with the benefits to the companies that have applied continuous improvement programs. In the third chapter the author defines the goals and hypotheses of the thesis. These are completed with detailed tasks and time schedule of the individual goals and hypotheses. In the fourth chapter the author lists the methodologies that will be used during writing the thesis.The theoretical and practical benefits of the thesis are summarised in the fifth chapter. In the sixth chapter the expected problems, barriers, and risks are identified. In the conclusion the author summarises the main goal of the thesis.	en
