V této práci jsou vymezeny pojmy práva a sociální pedagogiky, jejichž vztahu je práce věnována. Následuje výčet právních norem, které se sociální pedagogiky týkají, exkurz do historie a pokus o klasifikaci sociálněpegogické intervence na primární, sekundární a terciální. Každá z těchto oblastí je zaměřena na určitý typ klientů a je ošetřena konkrétní legislativou. Pro přiblížení jsou zde uvedeny kazuistiky, případně názory, vztahující se ke konkrétní problematice. Závěr práce je věnován etickému rozměru práce sociálního pedagoga, ochraně osobnosti klienta a jejímu právnímu zakotvení. |

This work defines the concepts of law and social pedagogy and it is devoted to their realitionship. Here is a list of laws that relate to social pedagogy, excursions into history and attempt to classify social pedagogical intervention at primary, secondary and tertiary. Each of these areas is focused on particular type of clients and is covered by specific legislation. The approach described herein case reports, or opinions relating to specific issues. The conclusion of thios work is dedicated to ethical dimensions of work of social pedagogue, protection of client personality and its legal anchoring. |
