Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku trestné činnosti páchané na dětech, která je bohužel aktuální v každé společnosti. Je strukturována do dvou celků, teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část práce obsahuje úvod a čtyři hlavní kapitoly. V první kapitole je popisováno postavení dítěte ve společnosti v průběhu dějin až po současnost. Kapitolu doplňuje rozbor dokumentů upravující dětská práva. Druhá kapitola rozebírá podle trestněprávní úpravy jednotlivé trestné činy, které mohou být na dětech spáchány, věnuje se rizikovým faktorům, možnostem odhalování případů a pravidlům při výslechu dítěte. Třetí kapitola zevrubně popisuje syndrom CAN a charakterizuje jeho jednotlivé formy. Čtvrtá kapitola předkládá formy prevence násilí na dětech a přibližuje terapii těchto dětí. V praktické části pomocí kvantitativně orientovaného výzkumu zjišťuji, jakým způsobem ovlivňuje typ organizace přístup pracovníků k řešení dané problematiky. Údaje byly získány pomocí dotazníků. |

Diploma work describes issue of criminal activities committed to children, that is regretta-bly actual in every society. Work is structured into two units, theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part includes introduction and four main chapters. In the first chapter is de-scribed children's position in society during history until present. This Chapter is supple-mented by analysis of documents governing children's rights. The second chapter ex-amines, according to criminal single delicts, that can be committed to children, it puts brain to critical factors, possibilities of exposing cases and rules for children's examination. The third chapter describes complex CAN and individualizes its single sorts. The fourth chapter puts sorts of prevention of violence on children and focuses therapy for this children. In practical part I determine via mixed research, in what way the kind of organization influ-ences approach to solving given problems. Data is reached by questionnaire. |
