dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou rozvodovosti a přidělování nezletilých dětí v porozvodové situaci do péče jejich rodičů. Tato práce ve své podstatě odhaluje a definuje úlohu a vliv otce na dítě v době rozvodu. Současně upozorňuje na ochranu dětí v rozvodové a porozvodové situaci. V závěru se zamýšlí na možném řešení v porozvodovém uspořádání poměrů.	cs
