Tato práce se zabývá problematikou vlivu učitelovy osobnosti na klima školní třídy. Jejím hlavním úkolem je nastínit, jak osobnostní charakteristiky učitele ovlivňují podmínky, ve kterých probíhá výuka. Opírá se o výzkum provedený v reálném školním prostředí a zahr-nuje pohled jak studentů, tak také učitelů. Předmětem zájmu je osobnost učitele obecně, ale zabývá se také osobností třídního učitele. |

The main target is to show the personality qualities or skills of the teacher, which can positive or negative influence conditions of the teaching. This Thesis interests in the personality of the teacher generally, but it engages in the personality of the class master, too. |
