dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá stanovením mléčného tuku u čerstvě nadojeného kravského mléka. V části teoretické jsou popsány základní složky kravského mléka zaměřeného na tuk a jeho další technologické zpracování. V praktické části je popsáno stanovení mléčného tuky, které bylo provedeno metodou pomocí Berbera a automatického analyzáturu MilkoScope Julia C5.	cs
