Bakalářská práce se zabývá smysluplností práce terénních pracovníků, tzv. streetworkerů. První, teoretická část popisuje, kdo je streetworker, jaké má cíle, čím se zabývá. Poznatky se opírají o odbornou literaturu, která je součástí seznamu. Druhá, praktická část, obsahuje analýzu rozhovorů šesti terénních pracovníků Zlínského kraje. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo získat informace, které by pomohly objasnit, v čem spočívá smysluplnost práce streetworkerů, proč si myslí, že jejich práce má smysl, co je motivuje k práci. |

My bachelor thesis considers meaningfulness of work of streetworkers. My first theoretic part describes who the streetworker is, his aims and his job description. This knowledge is based on proffesional literature whis is a part of a list. The second part contains the coversation analysis by the six streetworkers from region Zlin. The aim of my bachelor thesis to get some information which would clarify the meaningfulness of work of streetworker. To give some reasons why their work has sense and how this work motivates them. |
