dc.description.abstract	Šikana se stává společenským problémem, o němž se mluví, nejen mezi odborníky, ale který budí zvýšenou pozornost i mezi laickou veřejností. Jeho nebezpečí spočívá v tom, že zasahuje stále mladší ročníky populace a je doprovázen stále větší brutalitou útočníků. Šikana se v určitém kolektivu nerodí náhle, ale vzniká a zraje postupně. Proto je třeba nebýt k jakýmkoliv jejím problémům lhostejní - čím dříve se zasáhne, tím méně škody šikana nadělá. A to jak na osobnostech dětských agresorů, tak na osobnostech obětí. Vzhledem k tomu, že prevence je účinnější než represe, je třeba začít už v předškolním věku. Prevence ve školních zařízeních je pak především v rukou pedagogů a vychovatelů.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The vexation is growing up social problem, which is discussing not anly among the specialists, but among the public too. The vexation in schools touching always younger and younger class of population and is following by heavier brutality of agressors. In the colectivity the vexation is not arising suddenty, but it is growing up slowly and gradualy. That is why we may not be indifferent to all its vexations - if we'll interfere with this problem soon, the vexation'll do less damages to personality of children's agressors and to personality of victims to. The prevention is much cheaper than the reprisals, and that is why we must already begin with small children in nursery. It is mainly the teacher's and educationalist's work.	en
