Bakalářská práce se zabývá lidskými právy dítěte a žáka. Práce sestává ze dvou doplňujících se částí. Teoretická se věnuje historickému vývoji dětských práv a postavení dítěte v současné společnosti. Pozornost je zaměřena na systém ochrany ohrožených dětí v České republice, na význam rodiny, školy, státních i nestátních institucí. V praktické části jsou ověřovány kompetence žáků v předmětné oblasti ve zlínských školách před ukončením povinné školní docházky. Výzkum zjišťuje, nakolik jsou děti seznamovány nejen se svými právy, ale i povinnostmi, analyzuje, odkud tyto poznatky získávají a rozebírá, zda je dovedou aplikovat v praxi. Cílem práce je ověřit a srovnat aktuální povědomí o dětských právech u žáků základních škol a víceletých gymnázií. |

The bachelor work deals with human rights of children and pupils. It consists of two complementary parts. The theoretical part is devoted to the historical development of children's rights and the status of children in the current society. It is focused on the system of endangered children protection in the Czech Republic, it researches into the significance of families, schools, state and non-state institutions. In the practical part Zlín schoolchildren's competences in this field of study are tested just before they have finished compulsory education. The research investigates to what extent children are informed not only about their rights, but also obligations, it analyses where their knowledge is obtained from and tries to find out whether the children are capable of applying it in reality. The aim of the thesis is to verify and compare the topical notion and awareness of children's rights among pupils from basic schools and six/eight-year gymnasiums. |
