V diplomové práci jsem se rozhodl pro téma Programy zacházení s odsouzenými uplatňované v podmínkách výkonu trestu a jejich vliv na proces reintegrace do společnosti. Cílem mé práce bylo objasnit problematiku penitenciární péče o odsouzené a také nastínit práci s odsouzenými ve Věznici Ostrov. Dále byla popsána problematika osob ve výkonu trestu se zaměřím na postupné začleňování těchto osob do výkonu trestu a jejich volnočasové aktivity. Byl popsán současný stav užívaných programů zacházení s odsouzenými osobami, možnosti realizace a uplatnění se v nabízených možnostech při aktivitách a zájmové činnosti. Výzkum byl zaměřen na zjištění kvality, kvantity a spokojenosti odsouzených i odborných pracovníků s programy zacházení. Obsahově by tato práce měla přispět k tomu, aby si nezúčastněné osoby, které dostávají informace z vězeňského prostředí prostřednictvím masmédií, mohly udělat svůj vlastní ?obrázek?. |

In this thesis I have decided to choose a topic named Programmes of handling with the convicted applied in the conditions in the regime of serving a sentence and their influence on the process of re-integration to the society. The aim of my work was to clarify the dilemma of penitentiary care of the convicted and also to outline working with the convicted in the Ostrov Prison. Further I desribed a dilemma of the convicted in the regime of serving a sentence focused on the gradual integrating of these people to the regime of serving a sentence and their leisure time activities. A contemporary condition of used programmes of handling with the convicted was described, as well as the implementation options and implementation in the activities and hobbitry. The research was focused on the recognition of quality and satisfaction level of the convicted as well as the expert workers with the Programmes of handling. In its content this thesis should contribute to the fact that non-involved persons, who receive information from the Prison curriculum via masmedias could make their own ?picture?. |
