Diplomová práce se zabývá uplatněním absolventů na trhu práce. Pojednává o sociální pedagogice komplexně jako o vědní disciplíně. Vychází ze samotného pojmu "sociální pedagogika", historie, vymezení předmětu, úkolů, vztahu k ostatním vědním disciplínám, dále z uplatnění sociální pedagogiky v praxi a uplatnění absolventů na trhu práce obecně. Na uvedené teoretické poznatky navazuje část praktická, jež pramení z triangulace výzkumných metod, přesněji z dotazníku, rozhovoru a obsahové analýzy terénních poznámek. Vzorkem výzkumu jsou absolventi bakalářského prezenčního studia Sociální pedagogiky na Univerzitě Tomáše Bati ve Zlíně. Cílem této práce je zjistit, do jaké míry jsou již výše zmínění absolventi připraveni a následně uplatnitelní na trhu práce. |

The diploma thesis deals with the position of college graduates on the employment market. It also handles with Social Pedagogy as a branch of science. It stems from the term of "Social Pedagogy", it's history, the alignment of the subject matter and objectives, as well as the relation to other branches of science, practical usage of Social Pedagogy and the position of college graduates on the employment market. Based on theoretical knowledge, the partical part is presented. This stems for the triangulation of researching methods, especially questionary, dialogue and content analysis of notes from practise. The research sample is group of college graduates of the bachelor full time studies of Social Pedagogy course at Tomas Bata University in Zlín. The main objective of this diploma thesis is to find out how qualified are these graduates and what position on employment market do they have. |
