dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na stávající situaci kriminality mládeže v České republice a na její specifickou část, trestné činy násilného charakteru, kterých se dopustili mladiství pachatelé. Teoretická část se zabývá kriminalitou mládeže a mladistvým pachatelem, jako osobou, která se dopustila trestného činu. V další části je teoretická část zaměřena na specifické příčiny kriminality mládeže a na kriminalitu násilného charakteru páchanou mladistvými. Praktická část je zaměřena na porovnání statistických dat kriminality mládeže v oblasti spáchaných násilných trestných činů. Výzkumná část obsahuje porovnání statistických dat v letech 2003 až 2008. Podrobně se zabývá vztahem mezi populací stejného pohlaví a četností spáchaných kriminálních činů mladistvými v České republice, Praze, Olomouckém a Zlínském kraji.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis focuses on the current situation of youth crime in the Czech Republic and its specific part of the violent nature of crimes committed by the juvenile offenders. The theoretical part deals with youth crime and juvenile offenders, as the person who committed the crime. In the next section, the theoretical part focused on specific causes of youth crime and violent nature of crime committed by juveniles. The practical part focuses on the comparison of statistical data of youth crime in the part of committed violent crimes. Research section includes comparisons of statistical data from 2003 to 2008. Detail deals with the relationship between populations of the same sex and frequency of crimes committed by juveniles in the Czech Republic, Prague, Olomouc and Zlín.	en
