Moje bakalářská práce se zabývá šikanou jako sociálně patologickým jevem na školách. V práci jsou vymezeny základní pojmy, příčiny a podmínky vzniku šikany, popsány typologie agresorů a obětí. Uvedeny jsou zde možné postupy při odhalení a řešení šikany, včetně důsledků pro agresory a oběti.Velká pozornost je věnována prevenci šikany na školách. Jsou zde popsány některé preventivní programy, které byly uskutečněny na vybraných školách. Předkládány jsou úkoly a možnosti škol v rámci prevence, včetně jejich spolupráce se speciálizovanými institucemi. V bakalářské práci jsou zpracovány výsledky průzkumu provedeného mezi pedagogy ZŠ, jehož cílem bylo zjistit jejich názory, postoje, zkušenosti a povědomí k problematice šikany a její prevence. |

My bachelor thesis deals with the bullying as with a socially pathological phenomenon at schools. In the work, there are defined basic concepts, the causes and conditions of bullying, there are described the typologies of aggressors and the kinds of victims. There are listed possible procerudes for detecting and resolving bullying, including the implications for aggressors and victims. A great attention is paid to the prevention of bullying at schools. There are described some preventive programmes, which were completed at selected schools. I have presented the tasks and the abilities of schools in the prevention, including their cooperation with the specialized institutions. Thesis also processes the results of the survey carried out among teachers of primary school, whose aim was to find out their opinions, attitudes,experience and awareness on the issue of bullying and its prevention. |
