Bakalářská práce ?Alternativní formy trestu v ČR? pojednává o alternativních trestech v historických souvislostech vycházejících z principů restorativní justice, kdy je trestný čin chápán jako konflikt mezi pachatelem a obětí trestného činu, který je možný řešit aktivní účastí všech zúčastněných stran. Popsány jsou jednotlivé druhy alternativních trestů z hlediska různých kritérií se zaměřením na novou kodifikaci trestního zákoníku. Pozornost je věnována instituci, která je spjata s alternativními tresty ? probační a mediační službou. Popsány jsou její úkoly, principy a činnost. Zmíněny jsou i partnerské projekty ? probační programy zaměřené především na mládež. |

The Bachelor thesis ?Alternative forms of punishment in the Czech Republic? disserts on alternative punishments in historical context based on principles of restorative justice, when a criminal offence is considered as a conflict between offender and victim, that is possible to solve by active partcipation of involved sides. Particular kinds of alternative punishments are described from different points of view with focus on a new codification of criminal code. The attention is payed on the institution, that is connected with alternative punishments, mediation and probation service. There are described aims, principles and activities of this service. Partner projects are also noticed ? probation programmes focused on youth. |
