Práce se zabývá aspekty šikany především u žáků základní školy. Je zaměřena na teorii šikany, osobnosti pedagoga, diagnostice, metodám rozpoznání a řešení šikany ve třídě, prevenci, dále se zabývá rozdíly ve vnímání agresivního chování či šikany u žáků I. a II. stupně základní školy a jejich pedagogy. Práce je koncipována tak, aby byla návodem rodičům i pedagogům, jak správně vést děti a dětské kolektivy, a tím předcházet rozvoji agresivního chování a šikanování. |

The work deals with the aspects of bullying, with the focus on elementary school pupils. In the study I am concerned about the bully theory, teacher?s personality,diagnostic recognition methods, the resolving of bullying problems at the school background, the prevention being highlighted. Further, I am interested in the way the teachers perceive the differencies between aggressive or bullying behaviour of pupils at the first and second grade of elementary schools. The purpose of the study is to propose both parents and teachers the instructions of how to educate children and children groups effectively, and thus to prevent them from aggressive and bullying behaviour. |
