Zdraví a život zanedbávaného nebo týraného dítěte závisí na všímavosti okolí a včasném oznámení skutečností, které týrání nasvědčují. Podle Listiny základních práv a svobod má každý právo na život, právo na nedotknutelnost osoby, právo nebýt podroben mučení ani krutému, nelidskému nebo ponižujícímu zacházení nebo trestu. Samozřejmě tato práva mají i děti. Ony si je ovšem na rozdíl od dospělých ještě neumějí prosadit. Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice zanedbávání a týrání dětí v rodině a jaké způsoby sociální intervence lze těmto dětem poskytnout. Na základě toho zkoumá, jestli se prostřednictvím krizových center daří začlenit tyto děti zpět do společnosti. |

Health and life of neglected or mistreated children depends on observations of the others and early reporting of the facts suggesting mistreatment. According to the Declaration of Fundamental Human Rights and Freedoms, everybody has the right to life, right to personal immunity, right not to be tortured and not to be treated or punished in cruel, inhuman or humiliating way. These rights naturally also apply to children. However, unlike the adult they can not enforce them yet. The bachelor thesis deals with the questions of neglecting and mistreating children in families and the ways of social interventions these children could be provided with. On basis of these, it studies if through the medium of the crisis centers these children succeed in being incorporated back into society. |
