dc.description.abstract	Práce pojednává o problematice kázně z pohledu učitele, o tom, jak učitelova osobnost ovlivňuje kázeň při výuce. Zabývá se blíže problematikou temperamentu ve vztahu ke kázni a komunikací jako prevencí kázeňských přestupků. Výzkumná část ověřuje poznatky teoretické části a rozšiřuje téma o zajímavosti z praxe pedagogů. Hledá příčinné faktory při vzniku kázeňských problémů.	cs

The main questions which this thesis tries to answer are: How does teacher's personality impact the level of discipline in school teaching? How does temperament influence disci-pline? Can effective communication prevent disciplinary problems? Research part of thesis verifies theoretical pieces of knowledge and and enhances the topic of discipline with inte-rests from practical work with children.
