V mé diplomové práci se věnuji postoji státních a nestátních organizací k domácímu násilí páchanému na ženách. V jednotlivých kapitolách je definován pojem domácího násilí a jeho příčiny, znaky a druhy, postavení ženy ve společnosti. Značná pozornost je věnovaná vývoji české legislativy v české problematice. Řešena je problematika postupu státních organizací v mezích zákona a formy pomoci nestátních organizací, společně s jejich prevencí proti domácímu násilí. Výzkumná část je zaměřena dle názvu práce na to, jak je vnímaný stav problemaiky v rámci společnosti z pohledu obětí, obyčejných žen a profesionálů v této oblasti. |

This work deals with the attitude of the government bodls and non-governmental organizations towards domestic violence against women. It defines the koncept of the domestic violence and describes the causes, elements and types of domestic violence. The work is also concerned with the status of woman in the society. Another part of the work is dedicated to the question how is this isme dealt in the Czech Republic's legislation, what is the practice and polices of government bodies and non-governmental organizations in this issues and the methods of preventiv of domestic violence. The work also discusses how is this isme perceived in the society, especially by the victims of domestic violence, by women genetally and by the Professional working in this area. |
