dc.description.abstract	V diplomové práci jsou přiblíženy dva spolu související přístupy v práci Policie České republiky, kterými chce zkvalitnit svoji činnost a přiblížit se tak veřejnosti. Teoretická část diplomové práce je zaměřena na nový model řízení organizací EFQM Model Excellence, historii jeho vzniku a jeho postupnou aplikaci a implementaci do práce Policie České republiky. Jsou zde popsány kritéria i subkritéria Modelu Excellence EFQM přizpůsobená podmínkám Policie České republiky. Závěr teoretické části je věnován projektu ?Community policing? zohledňující aktivní komunikaci Policie České republiky s veřejností. Praktická část diplomové práce je zaměřena na průzkum spokojenosti zaměstnanců Územních odborů SKPV a vnější služby Kolín. Její součástí je porovnání celkové pracovní spokojenosti policistů v roce 2009 s rokem 2007, pořadí aspektů, které musí být podle respondentů zlepšeny a vyhodnocení výsledků průzkumu.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis are related to bring home to them the two together in the work of the Police of the Czech Republic, which wants to improve its activities and reach out to the public. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the new management model organizations EFQM Excellence Model, the history of its creation and its gradual application and implementation of the work of Police of the Czech Republic. Are described as criteria subkritéria EFQM Excellence Model adapted to conditions of Police of the Czech Republic. Conclusion The theoretical part is devoted to the project "Community Policing" reflecting active communication Police of the Czech Republic with thep ublic. The practical part of the thesis is focused on employee satisfaction survey land department SKPV and external service Kolín. It includes a comparison of overall job satisfaction of police officers in 2009 to 2007, the order of aspects to be improved according to respondents and evaluate the results of the survey.	en
