dc.description.abstract	Tato práce se zabývá reformou české policie a její interakcí se sociálními aspekty motivačních faktorů nových policistů. Teoretická část popisuje jednotlivé reformní kroky, prováděné v uplynulých třech letech. Popisuje cíle a obecné rámce těchto změn, spolu se souvisejícími politickými kontexty. Konstatuje nutnost dlouhodobých koncepčních změn v zákoně o služebním poměru spolu s popisem některých aplikačních aspektů. Věnuje se důležité problematice policejního vzdělávání a jeho úzké provázanosti s implementací prvků community policing. Emperická část zkoumá strukturu sociálních aspektů motivačních prvků nových policistů spolu s jejich připraveností k výkonu služby v rámci reformního kurzu. Údaje získané průzkumem jsou zpracovány formou grafů.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This work deals with the Reform of the Police of the Czech Republic and its social aspects' interaction of motivativational factors of new police officers. The theoretical part describes particular steps of the Reform made during the last three years. It describes the goals and general framework of these changes together with related political contexts. It states the necessity of a long-termed conceptional changes in the Service Relationship Act with the characterisation of some aplicational aspects. It follows the important questions of police education and its close cohesion to the Community policing implementation. The empirical part examines the structure of social aspects of the motivational components of new police officers together with their readiness to service according to the Reform of the Police of the Czech Republic. The data made from the researches are worked into the form of graphs.	en
