Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je hlouběji nahlédnout do problematiky integrace zah-raničních zaměstnanců společnosti Honeywell, spol. s r.o. - HTS CZ o.z. Diplomová práce předkládá ucelený pohled na imigrační problematiku. Seznamuje čtenáře se základními pojmy v kontextu integrace, ale i vědmíni obory, které se migrací zabývají. Dále je zde uveden stručný přehled vývoje migrace na území České republiky, včetně popisu současné situace. Závěr teoretické části je věnován strategiím adaptace a integračním modelům. Praktická část diplomové práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první části je zmapován život cizinců v Brně, a seznámíme se se společností Honeywell. Druhá část je věnována samotnému výzkumu, kdy se pomocí kvantitativní a kvalitativní techniky odhlalují hlavní faktory, které ovlivňují integraci zahraničních pracovníků. |

The main goal of this thesis is to give us deeper insight into field of integration of foreign employees who are employed by company Honeywell, spol. s r.o. - HTS CZ o.z. Thesis gives a compact view on immigration issues. The work gives us the information about basic terms in context of immigration, and also with scientific disciplines which are connected with the migration. Also we can find the brief overview of the migration history in Czech republic, including characterization of the current situation. At the end of the theoretical part we can learn more about strategy of adaptation and models of integration. The practice part of the thesis is divided into two sections. First section informs us about the life of foreigners who live in Brno, and also gives introduction of the company Honeywell. The second part is given to the research, where had been used the quantitative and qualitative techniques, showing the main factors which affects the integration of foreign employees. |
