Diplomová práce se zaobýrá problematikou práva na práci v ČR, respektive postavení a činnosti státu vzhledem k nezaměstnanosti a nezaměstnaným. V práci jsou popsány nástroje, které stát využívá k podpoře zaměstnanosti, ať už z hlediska legislativy, tak také činností poskytovaných prostřednictvím institucí, jako je MPSV ČR a potažmo ÚP. Diplomová práce mapuje situaci na našem trhu práce a zaobírá se specifiky vybraných okresů ? okresu Brna-města a okresu Šumperk. U těchto dvou okresů jsou pak uvedena a porovnávána specifická fakta v oblasti nezaměstnanosti a dále je v nich proveden aplikační průzkum, který provádí komparaci názorové hladiny uchazečů o zaměstnání z hlediska jejich aktuální situace, respektive pozice ?nezaměstnaných?, jejich postoji k ÚP a jeho službám. Práce tak nastiňuje oblast, která je z hlediska výchovného působení velmi zajímavá a důležitá pro působení sociální pedagogiky. |

The Master?s Thesis deals with the subject of right to work in the Czech Republic, or more precisely, with the status of the Czech state and its activity undertaken in respect of unemployment and the unemployed. The Thesis describes the instruments utilized by the Czech state to promote employment both from the point of view of legislation and from the viewpoint of activities organized on an institutional basis, i.e. through the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic (MPSV CR) and the Labour Offices (UP). The Master?s Thesis describes the situation on our labour market and analyzes the specifics of the selected districts - the district of the City of Brno and the district of Sumperk. For both the districts, specific data concerning unemployment are provided and compared, and in addition, these data serve as a base for an analytical study focusing on the comparison of the job applicants' opinions pertaining to their current situation, or more precisely, their current status of ?the unemployed?, as well as the attitudes of the job applicants to the Labour Office (UP) and the services it provides. The Thesis thus outlines the area that is very interesting and important as far as the educational activities employed by special teaching education are concerned. |
