Kvalita vzdělávání je odrazem vzdělávacího procesu. Správně zvolený učební obor se projeví v dobrém pracovním uplatnění žáků a k tomu vede především profesionalita a práce učitelů, obsah vzdělávání, volba správného studijního stylu. Aby žáci mohli být úspěšní ve studiu a také dobře připravení na život, snažím se ve své diplomové práci poznat jejich způsob učení. Moje práce je rozdělena do čtyř částí. V první až třetí kapitole se zabývám strukturou školství v ČR a organizací učňovského školství, osobností žáka, jeho vlastnostmi s ohledem na školní úspěšnost, volbu jeho studijního stylu. Ve čtvrté části se věnuji rozboru výsledků dotazníkového šetření, které bylo zaměřeno na studijní styly žáků na Střední odborné škole Josefa Sousedíka ve Vsetíně. |

The quality of education is a reflection of the educational process. Correctly chosen field of study has an impact on the work position of students. This is a result of the professional job of teachers, the content of study, the selection of a proper learning style. In my diploma thesis I am trying to recognise the students? learning styles so that they could be successful in their studies as well as well prepared for their life. This work is divided into four parts. The first three chapters deal with the structure of the Czech school system and the organisation of vocational education, the personality of pupils and their qualities with respect to their school success, the choice of a learning style. The second part / The fourth chapter / is devoted to the analysis of the survey which was focused on the learning styles of the students of the Secondary Vocational School of Josef Sousedik in Vsetin. |
