dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem přijetí zákona o eutanázii v České republice. Jejím cílem je zodpovědět otázku, zda je či není naše společnost na toto závažné rozhodnutí připravena. Popisuje historii eutanázie a shrnuje argumenty jejích zastánců i odpůrců. Analyzuje právní aspekty a konsekvence, které by nastaly přijetím zákona o eutanázii v našem právním řádu a porovnává je s evropskými státy, jež normu přijaly. Obsahuje charakteristiku a popis paliativní péče jako vhodnou alternativu vůči eutanázii. Na závěr definuje smrt a umírání jako společností tabuizovaný biopsychosociální fenomén a navrhuje řešení změny tohoto stavu pomocí metod sociální pedagogiky.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This Bachelor thesis investigates the matter of acceptance of the euthanasia law in the Czech Republic. It's objective is to answer the question, if our society is or isn?t prepared for this important decision. Describes the history of euthanasia and summarizes the arguments of its proponents and opponents. Analyzes the legal aspects and consequences, which would have arrived by the acceptance of the euthanasia law in the Czech rule of law, and compares them with those European countries, whose already accepted the norm. Includes the characteristics and description of the palliative care as a suitable alternative to euthanasia. In conclusion, it defines the death and dying as a biopsychosocial taboo phenomenon and suggests solution for change of this state via methods of social pedagogy.	en
