dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou šikany na základní škole a možnostmi prevence. V teoretické části charakterizuje základní pojmy ve vztahu k tématu a přibližuje školní klima z pohledu prevence šikany. Popisuje druhy prevence, schéma prevence školních šikan a školní program proti šikanování. Praktická část se zaměřuje na minimální preventivní program a případovou studii. Jejím úkolem je zjistit účinek prevence a následné péče po zjištění a řešení pokročilého stupně šikanování.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with problems of bullying in the primary school and possibilities of its prevention. It characterizes basic concepts in the theoretical part in relation to the theme and make the school climate closer from the view of bullying prevention. It describes kinds of prevention, the scheme to prevent bullying and the school programme againts bullying. The practical part is focused on the minimum preventive program and a case study. Its task is to find out the influence of prevention and the following care after the finding and a solution of the advanced degree of bullying.	en
