dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá kriminalitou seniorů v České republice. Cílem práce je zjistit a ukázat, proč lidé v takto zralém věku páchají trestnou činnost a zda tato trestná činnost souvisí se vzděláním, povoláním, finanční situací, rodinnými poměry nebo místem bydliště. Práce obsahuje teoretický rozbor problému, na který navazuje empirická část, jejíž součástí je dotazník. Dále jsou v rámci empirické části zkoumány hypotézy týkající se kriminality seniorů.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with the crime of seniors in the Czech Republic. The aim is to find and show why people in such a mature age commit crimes, and whether the crime is related to education, occupation, financial situation, family situation or place of residence. Work includes theoretical analysis of the problem, which continues with the empirical part including the questionnaire. Part of the empirical part are hypotheses related to the crime of seniors.	en
